Wooden swords on a light blue wall, happy valley written above. each sword has a sticker underneath with the names of the participants of Hgtomi Rosa

Each color marking on the floor represents a fictional performance from each of the members of Hgtomi Rosa. The fictional performances were based upon conversations with each member of the collective. I posed the question: “How can a body be visible in space without the body being there?”. The markings on the floor resemble markings on a stage in a theatre performance but here the performances seem to have already taken place.

The work was shown in de Helena during Hoogtij #63. The members of Hgtomi Rosa were invited for a two month working period which we concluded in the exhibition ‘Wide Angle on Happy Valley’.
